Fall Pictures by Gannon

I just love Gannon’s view of the world.  He likes to take pictures, like I do, but he also likes to do videos.  He made several episodes of a Lego saga today, and I wish I could share it with you all.  Maybe if you are really nice to me, I will do that later on.  In the meantime, here are some photos by my boy, aged 6 years and 51 weeks.

We have a lot of wires in our neighborhood, don't we?

Yes, I allow my children to play in the street.

More playing in the street. And yeah, she pretty much does run everywhere.

Nate used to love looking at this sign, front and back.

If you’re not in New England right now, don’t you wish you were?

“Our” boy has a good eye for photography, just like his Mom. A lot of that comes from your letting him use your camera! He already is much better than I am; remember all the terrible pictures I took of you when you were little? I got too close with some so you looked like a little alien!

Yes, I do wish I lived on a street like yours. I’ve always driven by houses like that and wished my kids could run around the neighborhood and come home to warm cookies.

My blog. Herein read entries related to who and what is important to me. Feel free to leave comments. I feel free to delete them if I don't like them. So there. By reading about my life, readers should expect to begin to see their own lives as increasingly more organized and sophisticated, their homes cleaner and neater.

Why This Blog?

Well, mostly this is for my family to see pictures and read anecdotes about the kids. It's also a venue for telling the story of my struggles and victories in my life as a Christian, a wife, a mother, and a teacher. Occasionally I toss in some weird or touching item that I've found.

What’s Christianity All About?

The Gospel is the news that Jesus Christ, the Righteous One, died for our sins and rose again, eternally triumphant over all his enemies, so that there is now no condemnation for those who believe, but only everlasting joy. [as said by John Piper]
