Vermont Primary Today

If you live in Vermont, today is the day you should vote in the state’s primary election. Many towns will have other issues on the ballot as well. If you’re undecided or uninformed about the presidential candidates, just vote Huckabee. 😉

That’s a joke, people. If you are uninformed, stay home till you ARE informed. If you’re undecided… well, figure it out.

I am a little concerned for my registration, since I have gotten two calls asking for me, then asking me who I will vote for in the primary, giving Clinton or Obama as the only choice. Am I registered as a democrat? How could that have happened? I might be libertarian. I don’t remember how I registered last election. Is that awful?

These questions and more will be answered today, as I attempt to cast my vote for someone who has been apparently mathematically eliminated from the race.

Maybe John Mc. will ask Huckabee to be his running mate. What do you think?

I’m glad you tried! I think a few of my other VT friends voted for him, too. Well, hopefully we’ll see him again in ’11.

RUNNING HOME

My blog. Herein read entries related to who and what is important to me. Feel free to leave comments. I feel free to delete them if I don't like them. So there. By reading about my life, readers should expect to begin to see their own lives as increasingly more organized and sophisticated, their homes cleaner and neater.

Why This Blog?

Well, mostly this is for my family to see pictures and read anecdotes about the kids. It's also a venue for telling the story of my struggles and victories in my life as a Christian, a wife, a mother, and a teacher. Occasionally I toss in some weird or touching item that I've found.

What’s Christianity All About?

The Gospel is the news that Jesus Christ, the Righteous One, died for our sins and rose again, eternally triumphant over all his enemies, so that there is now no condemnation for those who believe, but only everlasting joy. [as said by John Piper]
